Claim your fees
Someone launched a token that pays your Telegram handle. Here is how to get the money.
1. Sign in
Go to usehandle.xyz and sign in with Telegram.
Signing in proves the account is yours. It does not move anything, does not commit you to anything, and does not require a wallet.
Your Telegram account needs a username. Vaults are keyed to the handle, so an account without one has nothing to claim. Set one in Telegram and sign in again.
2. Read the numbers
The page shows:
- what you keep - the headline figure, after the network fee
- what is in the vault - the gross
- the network fee - charged by Solana, not by us
- which tokens are paying you, and who launched them
If it says withdrawing is not worth it
A withdrawal costs 10,000 lamports in network fees. If the vault holds less than that, taking it out leaves you worse off - so there is no button, only the arithmetic.
Nothing expires. The balance keeps accruing. Come back when it exceeds the fee.
3. Choose where it goes
Two ways, and the first is the default:
Send to an address. Paste any Solana address. Nothing to install, nothing to connect, nothing to approve - we send it and pay the network fee.
Use a wallet. Connect one you already have and it fills in its own address, then signs for itself.
We will never ask you to approve a transaction to receive money. Being asked to connect a wallet in order to be paid is the shape of a scam, and you are right to be wary of it. Connecting here is optional and only ever so your wallet can pick its own address.
The first address you claim to is permanent. It is written into the signed authorisation and recorded on-chain, and every future payout for your handle goes to the same place.
Check it character by character. If it is wrong, or belongs to a wallet you cannot open, the money cannot be recovered - not by us, not by anyone. Changing it later requires that wallet to sign, plus a fresh login, plus a 48-hour delay.
4. Withdraw
Confirm, and the vault drains to your address. The page gives you a transaction link.
What we cannot do
- We cannot move your money. The vault has no private key.
- We cannot pay someone else. The program pays only the address in the authorisation, and only the one already bound after your first claim.
- We cannot take a cut. The authorisation carries no amount; the program drains the real balance.
- We cannot stop you. Payout to a bound wallet is permissionless - anyone can push it through, and it can still only go to you.
Someone launched a token I dislike
Anyone can point a token's fees at any handle, the same way anyone can mention you. It is not an endorsement, the board says so, and you can withdraw without endorsing anything. If you would rather not touch it, leaving it alone costs you nothing.
